Licences should automatically renew however it is showing as it will be expiring:
Resolution
- On the server go to the following location: C:\ProgramData\Draycir\Spindle Document Capture\Server\Data\Configuration.xml
- Delete "SystemVersion" and "SubscriptionVersion" node
- Go into Services > Restart Spindle Document Capture service
When you make the above change, ensure sure the "Value data" in the registry key value = 1
As this is what is used to enable the Subscription Model.

The reg key can be found in the following location on the server where Spindle Document Management Server Admin is installed:
