Introduction

SDC may display a warning mesage about users exceeding a licence in the user profile window after an upgrade or a server move.

Versions Applicable

• SDC 1.5 and newer

Resolution

1. Open User Profiles in Server Administration.

2. For each user, click Edit and assign the Spindle Professional role. This will populate the Role Type column, thereby removing the red licence warning message at the bottom of the window.
