Introduction

Corruption of the configuraton.mdb file in the credit Hound shared directory may display the error invalid preferences tables.

Versions Applicable

• Credit Hound 4
• Credit Hound 5

Resolution

1. Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Draycir\Credit Hound\Template Files.

2. Copy Configuration.mdb.

3. Browse to the Credit Hound Data folder and rename the existing Configuration.mdb to ConfigurationOld.mdb.

4. Paste the Configuration.mdb file.

Note: This will cause all configuration settings to be reset to the default settings. This may include but is not limited to ageing periods, business terms, custom suggested objections and bank details. Transaction and Account data will not be affected.
