Introduction

In Spindle Document Distribution Tools, Document Operations are executed in the order they are listed, which is the order in which they were created. You may find that you need to re-order the operations.

Process

In the image below, we can see that the document operations were created in the order 1, 3, 2, but we want them to run in order 1, 2, 3:

To change the order we can select operation 3 and create a copy of it. The copy will be placed at the bottom of the list:

Which gives us

With the copy at the end of the list, we can now delete the original Operation 3:

And finally rename Copy of 3 to simply 3:

Leaving us with :
