Introduction

The bank details in Credit Hound are specified during the initial company setup. Understandably, these can change over time and would need to be modified.

Resolution

1. Open Credit Hound Manager

2. Click on Company > Configuration

3. Select the company from the Company Selection drop-down list and click Connect

4. Using the arrows on the top right corner of the window, navigate to the Bank Details tab

5. From this tab, make any changes to the bank details by modifying the values within the text boxes, then navigate to a new tab to save them.
