Introduction

Previously in Spindle Report Scheduler, only the user who created a scheduled report could delete this report. From version 3.31, the admin user permissions have been added to the software.

Solution

Opening Sage Administration and clicking the "Features" Menu option and opening the Draycir Spindle Report Scheduler folder will now present the user with a new option - "SRS Admin User"

On right clicking the SRS Admin User entry, and selecting the "Role Authorisation" menu option, you will now be able to select which Sage Roles are allowed the permissions to edit and delete existing reports of all users.

It may be appropriate for a new role for very limited users to have this feature enabled due to the administrative rights associated to it, if a new role is required to limit the users that are in any existing roles, this can also be done in Sage Administration under the "Roles" menu option.
