When Draycir released Credit Hound v6, the installation process changed to accommodate its new client/server architecture.

Process

To get access to download Credit Hound v6 from the partner portal you need to either
A) have attended one of our CHv6 training courses at Draycir HQ. if you would like to attend, please contact your partner manager for more information.

OR

B) have previously attended our Credit Hound (v4 /v5) courses, watched the video linked below

AND replied to the Survey Monkey questionnaire linked from that page.

We only get notification that the Survey has been completed overnight, if you need access to the software on the same day, please let us know that you have completed the survey and we can evaluate the replies before we get the official notification.
