This article outlines the minimum system requirements in the environment Credit Hound will operate in.

Minimum System Requirements

• 1GHz Intel compatible CPU (32 or 64 bit)
• 512Mb Memory
• 500Mb disk space
• 1024 x 768 display
• Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 or
• Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2 or 2012
• 100mpbs network speed

Recommended System Requirements

• 2GHz 64 bit Intel/AMD processor
• 4GB Memory
• 2GB disk space
• 1366x768 display
• Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 or
• Windows Server 2008 R2 or 2012 R2
• 1Gbps network speed

Supported Environments

• Sage 50 Accounts up to and including 2016
• Sage 200 up to and including 2016
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV (v4, v5, 2009, 2013)
• Microsoft Great Plains
• Sunsystems, Sage 500, Sage 1000 and other third party host systems through use of the generic connector (requires additional packages)

Nota Bene

• Credit Hound v5 and newer will only work with SQL. Microsoft Access databases are not supported.
