Information to provide when logging a ticket for syncing issues: 

Check to see what Agent version is installed, if it is anything older then version 1.0.4.8 then please update Agent first! 

1. Check the last sync time , it should always be latest but this would depends on sync interval setting in the agent

2. check to see if the service is running. If the service is not running then try to run the service again or try to restart services, this will kick start a new sync immediately.
image.png3. How to know which service to restart? Go to the connector log and check here:
