Spindle Document Management can show an issue where an error appears in the User Profiles section of Server Administration. This error is due to the allocated licence type's roles not being assigned to one or more users.

To resolve this issue you will need to manually assign roles to all users whose Role(s) column is empty.

To assign roles, select a user and click the "Edit User" button:

On this screen, ensure that the boxes in the below image are checked (the number of boxes will differ based on licence type):

Once the roles have been allocated to all users, the error will no longer be present in the User Profiles window:
