KBA-03-02-032 - Changing Credit Hound User Passwords

Introduction

A Credit Hound user may want to change their password, or request for the Admin user password to be changed.

1. Open Credit Hound Manager and navigate to Setup > Users > (Username) > Edit > Password.

2. Input the new password. If you want the password to be blank, leave the password fields blank and click OK.
