Introduction

As Draycir continually develop new features and updates to our products, we update the release version number. It is essential therefore, that any support request include the version number of the software in question.

This article describes where you can see the version numbers for each of our products.

General methods in Windows to identify a version number:

In the Control Panel, choose Programs and Features:

The version number is given in the version column


Credit Hound Professional & Credit Hound Express for Sage 50

The version number is visible:

- In Credit Hound, under Help>About

- In Credit Hound Manager, on the Configuration Settings window

- In the Credit Hound and Credit Hound Manager log files 

Credit Hound Cloud

As Credit Hound Cloud is an online service, the version will always be of the latest release. However if you are using the Credit Hound Agent to connect to an on-premise ERP, we will need to know the version of this connector.

Navigate to the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Draycir\Credit Hound Cloud\Agent"

Right-click the file Draycir.CreditHound.Agent.Manager.exe and choose Properties:

Switch to the Details tab of the Properties window and the version number is listed under Product Version:

Spindle Document Distribution Cloud & Spindle Document Distribution Standalone

The Version number is visible in Spindle Document Distribution Tools under Help>About:

It is also recorded in the log files:

Spindle Document Management

The Version is displayed on the Server Administration window:

It is also visible in Spindle Document Distribution Tools Help>About as per the previous section:

and in Client Administration:

And also it is listed in the log files:

Note 1: as in the example above, the version of the client software may not always match the version of the server software exactly.

Note 2: The version number extracted from Spindle Document Distribution Tools gives an indication of the edition of Spindle Document Distribution in use, as the third number will be a 0, a 5 or a 9, so:

  • v10.11.0.3 is Spindle Document Distribution Standalone 
  • v10.11.5.3 is Spindle Document Distribution as a component of Spindle Document Management
  • v10.11.9.3 is Spindle Document Distribution Cloud

Spindle Purchase Invoice Recognition

Spindle Purchase Invoice Recognition is a component of Spindle Document Management, so we will need to know the version of this as well as the versions of the Spindle Purchase Invoice Recognition components.

The versions of these components are visible in Server Administration under Recognition>System Information
