Indirect Customers
If you have purchased your Draycir software from a Sage/Business partner, usually your support contract will be through them. Typically it is best to get in contact with your Sage partner, where they will be able to provide first line support on our products, or raise a ticket with us on your behalf.
Direct Customers
If you have purchased your Draycir software directly from us, and have an active support contract as part of your purchase, when you have any questions or problems with the software you can use our support portal or email us at support@draycir.com to raise a ticket directly with us.
