Introduction

Several Draycir Products make use of a Draycir ID for users to log in. This article details how the login is handled.

Applies To

  • Draycir Account Log in for
    • PayThem v2
    • Spindle Approvals
    • Credit Hound Cloud

Details

If you are a user of one of the above systems, you will have received an invitation email from either Draycir or from the designated administrator of the system in question.

There are two ways to sign in to your Draycir account, a) using a Draycir Account and Password and b) using a Microsoft account.

Draycir Account with Password

This method is the default for new users. On first login you will be prompted to create a password for your account.

On subsequent logins, you will see the dialog below:

If you forget your password, you can use the "Forgot Password?" link on the sign-in page. The system will send a password reset email as follows:

Above: An example password reset email, showing the Internet Headers to allow Email administrators to identify and allow the incoming email.

If you do not receive the password reset email, please contact your email administrators to confirm that it has not been blocked by any spam filters/junk mail filtering.

Microsoft Account

If you have a Microsoft account, you can choose to use this to sign in instead, by clicking on the "Sign in with Microsoft" button.

When you switch to using a Microsoft account, all password handling and any Mutli-Factor Authentication (MFA) is handled by Microsoft 365, which reduces the number of passwords to be retained by the user, and allows for MFA to be enforced.

Important:

  • Once you have switched from using a Draycir account to a Microsoft account, you cannot revert to a Draycir Account.
  • The "Forgot Password" link does not apply
