Resolution
Locate to the 'Custom Layouts path in the Credit Hound server. For example, C:\ProgramData\Draycir\Credit Hound\Server\Layouts\Custom Layouts. You will now need to find the affected User. First login to Credit Hound Manager and locate yourself to here: Credit Hound Manager > Setup > Users, once you are here it will display all your Credit Hound users like so:
The list will be like so in the file path we located to before 'Mr Thomas' = User 2, 'Miss Zoe' = User 3 and so on.
Note: Administrator will not show in the file path.
So in this case if "Zoe" was having this issue we locate to User 3, go into the folder and check to see if any of the XML Document files are showing 0KB in the Size column, we know where the problem is coming from. To fix this we just need to go out of the folder back to the Custom Layouts path and delete the User 3 folder, then log back into Credit hound and this should resolve that problem.
