KBA-00-02-008 - Log File Locations

Introduction

All of our products have log file locations which are extremely useful in troubleshooting any problems that you may be experiencing.

Spindle Document Distribution

Located by default in the user's Documents folder, under My Draycir Logs > Spindle Document Distribution.

The folder path being used can be checked while logged in as the user in Spindle Document Distribution Tools under User Settings > User Information > Options under 'Location of log files'.

Spindle Document Management

The log files are located by default in the user’s Documents folder under My Draycir Logs. 

The server log files are located by default on the application server in C:\ProgramData\Draycir\Spindle Document Capture\Server\Data\

Spindle Purchase Invoice Recognition

The log files for Spindle Purchase invoice Recognition are located in the below folders on the server:

  • C:\ProgramData\Draycir\Recognition\Cloud Sync\Logs
  • C:\ProgramData\Draycir\Recognition\Post Agent\Logs

It may also be useful to provide us with Document Portal logs which can be found in the user’s Documents folder under My Draycir Logs.

Lastly, when opening the document portal application under the recognition tab and clicking the "report" button in the top right will export a report of the current status of the SPIR queue.

Spindle Self Serve

The audit logs for Spindle Self Serve can be found in the portal under Settings > Audit. An administrator user will be able to access this location. Then can be exported to a file by selecting the Export option at the top of the section.

Spindle Report Scheduler

The log files will typically be found within C:\ProgramData\Draycir\Spindle Report Scheduler\Logging on the Sage server.

Spindle Requisitions

The log files can be found on the server under C:\Program Files (x86)\Draycir\Spindle Requisitions\Logs

Credit Hound Professional

The client log files are located in the user’s Documents folder, under My Draycir Logs > Credit Hound. The server log files are located on the application server, under C:\ProgramData\Draycir\Credit Hound\Server\Logs.

Credit Hound Cloud (On-Premise ERP)

The log files can be found in C:/ProgramData/Draycir/Credit Hound Cloud/Agent/Logs on the server where the Credit Hound Agent is installed. Alternatively you can open the agent, click the options button and then the view logs button. Please zip the Logs folder and forward this to support.
