KBA-00-02-011 - What information do I need to log a ticket?

How do I log the perfect ticket?

  • Provide copies of log files (KBA-00-02-008 Log File Locations LINK HERE WHEN PUBLISHED)
  • Attach screenshots of any errors or warnings that appear
  • Confirm how many users are affected - one user/some users/all users
  • Are the users using the software on their individual PCs, or is it a terminal server/Citrix environment?
  • Advise what has been attempted so far
  • Describe the steps to replicate the issue
  • Advise of any recent changes (Such as a server move, or recent upgrade of the Draycir product or any other product)
  • Confirm the version number of the Draycir software currently installed
