How do I log the perfect ticket?
- Provide copies of log files (KBA-00-02-008 Log File Locations LINK HERE WHEN PUBLISHED)
- Attach screenshots of any errors or warnings that appear
- Confirm how many users are affected - one user/some users/all users
- Are the users using the software on their individual PCs, or is it a terminal server/Citrix environment?
- Advise what has been attempted so far
- Describe the steps to replicate the issue
- Advise of any recent changes (Such as a server move, or recent upgrade of the Draycir product or any other product)
- Confirm the version number of the Draycir software currently installed
