Introduction

Exchange Web Services (EWS) will be fully deprecated in late 2026. Customers using any Spindle product from version 8.15 with Exchange Online will be required to run an installation of the Spindle Exchange Patch or upgrade to 10.16.

Note : This article describes currently unreleased software and details may change upon release.

Applies to

Users of the MS Exchange device with Exchange Online/365 with any of the following products:

• Spindle Document Distribution v8.15 to v10.15
• Spindle Document Distribution Cloud v9.0 to v10.15
• Spindle Document Management v8.15 to v10.14

Process

You can either apply the hotfix or upgrade to v10.16 (once released)
