Introduction

When performing a synchronisation in Credit Hound, you may see the following message:

Cause

There are two database connections that Credit Hound makes to SQL databases, one to the Credit Hound COMP000x database, and one to the Sage 200 database. These are configured in Credit Hound Manager>Companies>Edit.

One sets the connection to the Credit Hound Database:
The other is the connection to the Sage 200 database and is edited by unchecking and then checking the checkbox for Override Sage 200 connection details:
Please check that both of these test correctly, and if Windows Authentication is set, ensure that the user has permissions as required.
