KBA-03-03-012 - Credit Hound Manager reports that Sage 50 v24 is not installed.

Problem

After an upgrade from Sage 50 Accounts v23 to v24, Credit Hound Manager may not recognise that v24 is installed

A required reg key is not updated during the Sage 50 upgrade.

The CHM log file shows that it is still attempting to use the v23 SDO:

11/07/2017 09:43:21 00000001 INFORMATION: The current SDO version 'SDOEngine.23'

Manually update the values at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Sage\Line 50\SDO

from v23 to version 24
