Introduction

Users may be unable to locate modules in the account chase screen of Credit Hound after the modular sections of the screen (such as the chase history panel and the sidebar) have either been moved or hidden. 

Resolution

1. Open Credit Hound and select an account to chase.

2. Go to Tools > Docking Manager > Reset


3. You will see the below message appear. Please click Yes. This will reset the layout of the manual chase screen to the default, and will close all windows within the application.
