Introduction
The Spindle pro Form Creator is used to generate backdrop forms, which are typically used to add logos, headers, and footers to a document in Spindle Document Distribution.

The file to be turned into a backdrop form will need to be sesigned in another application first (Such as MS Word) with the page elements present (such as images or text).
In the below example, there is a logo and a footer:
We recommend keeping a copy of the source file saved in case they need to be reprinted at a later point, or if changes need to be made to it.
To generate the backdrop form, print the file to the printer named 'Spindle Pro Form Creator':
The below window will appear, prompting for the name of the form:
After the form has been created, this can be assigned to the letter in the application Spindle Document Distribution Tools.
In Document Automation, select the document type and drill down to the operation and select the Default Forms tab:
To add the form, click Add and select it from the Form Selection list:
This will now become the default backdrop form for the operation.
