Introduction

Spindle Professional picks up email addresses from the application that is being used to print from such as Sage 50 and Sage 200. However, Spindle Professional reports that no email address was found. The email addresses that are picked up by Spindle can be found in the Spindle Professional Processor log file.

Registry Hive

The options to switch Name resolution in Outlook is set in the registry under the following two keys depending on which email connector is in use:

Outlook 2000-2013

Solution

Add a DWORD value with a value of 1 to enable the Disable Address Resolution in the respective hive. You will be able to see whether name resolution is enabled or not in the Spindle Processor log file by checking for an output similar to the one below:
