Introduction

Not being able to reinstall SDC after its been uninstalled for reason x

Versions Applicable

Spindle Document Capture v1.20 and newer

Resolution

1. Renamed the Databaseconfiguration.xml file was renamed found in the C:\ProgramData\Draycir\Spindle Document Capture\Server\Data.

2. SDC was installed once again.
3. A new Databaseconfiguration.xml was created in the C:\ProgramData\Draycir\Spindle Document Capture\Server\Data directory and SDC installed successfully.
