During installation of Spindle Professional (or any Draycir software) you are presented with an error code 1935:
Ensure you have a backup of the user data and reinstall Windows.
This error message means that a component of the Windows installer is missing or corrupt. No attempt to repair this subsystem has succeeded. This error may appear during the installation of any piece of software. A quick web search shows that it occurs during MS Office installation amongst others.
The time taken to research and attempt any fix for this issue is way longer, and less successful than reinstalling Windows, re-applying the applications and restoring the user data.
