KBA-01-03-004 - E-Printer Runner - Invalid Parameters

Introduction

Spindle Professional prints fail with the error message Invalid Parameters. Spindle Professional depends on being able to read and write to the user's TMP (temporary) folder. If this is unavailable or inaccessible, the E-Printer process fails with the error below:

Solution

There are two possible causes for this issue:

The user's permissions to the TMP folder have been corrupted
The user's windows profile is corrupt

To resolve, check the security settings on the user's TMP folder, and reset to allow them full control:
