KBA-06-02-008 - Using 64-bit versions of Outlook

Introduction

Credit Hound Express ships with an email connecter for Outlook 32-bit and for SMTP servers. As the default architecture for Office 365 deployements is now 64-bit, you may need to enable the Legacy Outlook Connecter for distribution. For details of each connecter's capabilities, please see KBA-01-02-031 - Selecting the Correct Email Connector

Solution

To enable the Legacy Outlook connecter, update the following registry key

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Draycir\Credit Hound]
"EnableOutlookLegacy"=dword:00000001
