Introduction
When first installing Spindle Professional, you may encounter an issue where an email distribution fails to create any emails in the Outlook client.
There are several reasons why you would restart the Spindle Professional processes. A few are:
- Error Code 1002
- Unable to log user on to the server path
- Simulating a PC reboot
Applies to
Spindle Professional 2007 - 2009
Spindle Professional 2012 and v6 running in Windows 7 and earlier, or Windows Server 2008R2 and earlier
Solution
1. Open up Task Manager and browse to the processes tab.
2. Search the list of processes for the process named SpindleProXMonitor.exe (X = the version of Spindle Professional installed). End the process.
3. Browse to the installation directory of Spindle Professional. By default, this path is C:\Program Files (x86)\Draycir\Spindle Professional\. Search for the SpindlePro6Monitor.exe and double-click it to start it up. You should now see the process running in the background by browsing to the processes tab in Task Manager.
