KBA-06-03-007 - Releasing the Synchronisation Lock

Introduction

If the Credit Hound application is terminated ungracefully, it can leave a logged in session in the host accounting application, preventing the user from re-logging in.

Applies to

Credit Hound Express for Sage 50.

Resolution

1. Open Credit Hound Manager > Company > Configuration

Please ensure you click Company and not Companies

2. Select the Company and then click on Connect

3. Click on Release Sync lock
