When running the installer for Spindle Document Distribution/Spindle Document Management Client, you may see the below error message when it begins installing the Spindle Printer Drivers:


This issue is caused by the local user SYSTEM not having sufficient permissions to the below path:


The permissions should ideally match the screenshot below:

After the permissions are set for SYSTEM against the folder, please run the installer again.

If you are installing Spindle Document Management Client, it may have already installed Spindle Document Capture before the error occurred. In this case, please perform a repair install against the current installation of Spindle Document Management Client.
