When upgrading the Spindle Report Scheduler add-on following a Spindle Report Scheduler upgrade, an error can appear following updating the Sage companies. This is due to the process upgrading all Sage companies, which may not be required for some sites that only use Spindle Report Scheduler within certain Sage companies
Spindle Report Scheduler
If it is the case that only certain companies are using Spindle Report Scheduler, please go to the "Companies" tab within Sage Administration. On this page, please individually right click the companies that are currently in use with Spindle Report Scheduler, and click "update company" following this, a success message should be received. If this is not the case, and the error persists please get in contact with us at support@draycir.com.
