Introduction

In some cases there will be an issue whereby Spindle throws up an error and states "Failed to load PDF Library".

Issue

This issue occurs when in some instances the pdfXChangeBaseW.dll has been corrupted within the local instance of Spindle

Resolution

Navigate to the following location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Draycir\Spindle Professional 6\dnodepath\pdfbase\503FF6B3-0685-4D58-AF8D-B318B65D7173 (x86 is only applicable if it is a 64bit machine)

You will see the following files:

Please copy the following DLL

Paste the DLL back into the following path:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Draycir\Spindle Professional 6
