In some circumstances when a print job is sent to Spindle Pro Auto/Spindle Pro/Spindle Pro Form Creator, the job fails to get executed

Spindle Pro 6.09 and above (Windows 10)


The Spindle job fails to get executed which fails in turn to distribute documents


1 Navigate to the Control Panel, specifically Devices and Printers

2. Proceed to click on "Printer properties" this will have to be done on all virtual Spindle print agents which maybe working

3. Once into the settings, please select the "Advanced Tab"

In some cases the "Keep printed documents" option may not been selected. Please proceed to select this option and select apply. Proceed to print from the ERP system and Spindle should automate correctly. If the issue still persists please contact the Draycir Support team.
