KBA-03-03-005 - Failed to find index for the company

Introduction

Credit Hound bases its credentials off the accounting system e.g. Sage. Credit Hound will throw up the error message 'Failed to find index for the company'. This error message indicates the user is not assigned to the company within Sage.

  • Credit Hound v4
  • Credit hound v5
  • Credit Hound v6

Resolution

Assign the company to the user in the accounting system. For Sage 200, this is done through Sage System Administration.
