Introduction
In some instances when trying to re-verify a Purchase Invoice through Web Verify if there has been a ungraceful machine shutdown or browser crash.
Reason
As the session was ungracefully exited Web Verify still believed the session is still active and the file in question is in a "locked state"
When you go back into the Document Portal to re-verify the Purchase Invoice, you will be met with the following message:

Resolution
By default Web Verify with keep the document locked for no longer then 5 minutes, therefore the client can wait for the document to become active for re-verification. However if there is a urgent case for unlocking the session a member of the R&D team can be contacted to unlock the document from the Tenant in question.
